XC Ski Extravaganza, January 14
The Aspen Cross Country Center hosts the FREE Cross Country Ski Extravaganza on January 14, 2018 from 10am-2pm. Celebrate 32 years of interconnected cross country ski trails with the Aspen Snowmass Nordic Trails and the Aspen XC Center at this year’s Extravaganza. And it’s all FREE!
Winterskol Broomball Tournament, January 14
5 vs. 5 tournament. 4 players plus a goalie. 2 game guarantees. $50 tournament fee per team. Last day to register is Jan. 5, 2018.

On June 30th, 2017, Jerry Olp hopped out of a stranger’s pickup truck on the side of California State Highway 299. He walked to where a trail crossed the road, took a deep breath of the hot dusty northern California air, and began his hike along the Pacific Crest National Scenic Trail (PCT). Over the course of his 108 day journey on the PCT, Olp toured some of the most incredible landscapes the United States has to offer.
